In the news...

The Good Men Project posts a rapist/rape-victim's apologia for his own addiction, crimes, and grossly immoral worldview. On the one hand, I applaud the article's raw, somewhat frightening description of the world of a rapist. On the other hand, I think rapists are scum. So...

Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, John Boehner, continues to hold middle-class tax cuts hostage in order to protect the wealthy from paying their fair share. It won't end well for the Speaker, but it will show people that Republican obstructionism in the government is the primary reason we have reached this (in)junction.

TheRoot's ongoing coverage of the Trayvon Martin case continues to prove that Zimmerman murdered this teenager, despite attempts by many racists and pundits to pretend otherwise.

In Steve Crowder's attempts to become the douchiest Young Conservative of this decade, video footage shows that he selectively edited his coverage of union protests of Michigan's "Right to Work" lame-duck bill in order to show unions in a false light. Crowder apparently pushed a protester, who then fought back in anger/self-defense. But this footage did not appear in Crowder's initial report. Can anyone say, bush-league pseudo-journalism?

Finally, this website sells AWESOME GEEK STUFF! So, yeah. People should go there and buy me a Darth Bathrobe.
